Romanian Citizenship by Repatriation (descent)

What should be said about Romania in the first place, besides that is a big and beautiful country, combining ancient traditions, medieval buildings and the fastest internet, it is also a place where you could apply thousands of business ideas, where you can never get bored with the cultural and geographical variety and stay healthy consuming natural food products.

And if you want something exquisite, you’re only a couple of hours away from any old-world city in the EU.

Romanian citizenship law tells that there are three ways to become a citizen of this country.

The first way is repatriation. Citizenship can be obtained by persons who have documented the presence of a close relative in the family who lived or was born on the territory of the country in the period 1918-1940.

The second and the third way are by the process of naturalization and by investments, the procedures in both cases are in demand, but take more time and are more difficult to carry through, therefore we recommend considering the first option.

Therefore, we’d better check your Eligibility.

Am I eligible to get Romanian Citizenship by repatriation?
The availability of Romanian legal papers belonging to any of your ancestors (parents, grandparents, great-grandparents) who were Romanian citizens in any period of their life would be an indisputable advantage.

In case when you are not sure, we will carry out archival work to retrieve your ancestors’ birth records.

This will be a sufficient basis to obtain your Romanian passport.

The checking out of the above-mentioned documents and dealing with Romanian administrative authorities requires the involvement of experts who are both fluent in the native language and familiar with the local ways.
It significantly shortens the period of time requested for your repatriation.

What should I do to obtain Romania EU passport?

You just need to meet some essential requirements:

  • Reach 18 years of age;
  • Have 0 previous convictions;
  • Sign a declaration of loyalty to the country;
  • Obtain confirmation of Romanian origin.
  • What benefits would I get?

As an EU citizen, you’ll immediately receive the opportunity to live, study and work in any country of the European Union without restrictions, travel much easier almost all over the world, and cheaper too, you’ll have access to advanced medical healthcare in any EU country, open accounts and make deposits in reliable European banks.
Any minor children of yours (by the time of your obtaining Romanian citizenship) will automatically be recognized as Romanian and EU citizens too.

The best part is that all the paperwork, checks and digitization, and the “cherry on top” – the citizenship order, takes just a few months, compared to similar processes in other countries.

“Which documents are required”, “Who is considered a relative”, and “Is it possible to obtain citizenship by DNA test” – we know, you must have dozens of questions, and it is our long-term experience and the ease of doing business that can guarantee you a peace of mind.

Just call, the rest is up to us!

Bulgarian Citizenship by origin (descent)

Situated in the heart of the Balkans, Bulgaria is known for its rich, vibrant culture, biodiversity, valuable archeological monuments, marine, and skiing resorts, delicious cuisine, and lasting folk customs.

Bulgaria is one of the oldest European countries, and it didn’t change its name ever since, which is saying something about constancy, though there’s no refusing the progress – the country has one of the fastest internet in EU.

And, by the way, one of the quickest procedure of granting citizenship.

  • By naturalization – suitable for someone who has resided in Bulgaria for a period of time, speaks the language fluently, and has an income and occupation enabling him/her to support himself/ herself in the Republic of Bulgaria.
  • By marriage (family reunification) – any person who has been, for at least three years, and still is, legally married to a Bulgarian citizen may apply for permanent residency and subsequently – citizenship as well
  • By investment – those, willing to buy government bonds in the amount of 1 million EURO will qualify under the fast-track Bulgarian citizenship program (approximately 24 months). Thus one is not required to live and work in Bulgaria, or to know the language. The investment is fully refundable.
  • By origin (descent) – This program is based on provisions in the Bulgarian citizenship act (modified in 2021), a faster and more transparent procedure. Official evidence of origin would mean a Bulgarian ancestor up to the applicant’s great-grandparents generation (or adopted by a Bulgarian citizen under the conditions of full adoption) If you are eligible, this option is cheaper, more straightforward, and even faster than applying through investment.

Thanks to new regulations, the decision on granting citizenship can take 12-24 months.

The children also become eligible too once you become a national, the spouse can become a citizen by residing or investing.

We can advise you on the eligibility of your acquiring the Bulgarian citizenship by origin, to assist in the gathering, clarification and putting together of the supporting documents, obtaining evidence of your Bulgarian origin, and finding the certificates issued by local or central government authorities in Bulgaria.

Thus, Estonia is really a place for independent minds.

Estonia has an advantageous geographical position in Northern Europe. This means less bureaucracy, as well as more openness and efficiency in some important sectors such as health and education.

Hungarian Citizenship

Many people wish to call home a place by the seaside, but we can assure you, that being a citizen of a landlocked country in Central Europe is just as rewarding: mild climate, ancient history subtly intertwined with modern infrastructure, variety of nature and abundance of healing waters, multifaceted culture, a land of great inventors, Nobel-prized scientists and generally well-read men, – we are talking of Hungary.

First of all, you can obtain Hungary citizenship by Naturalization. That is possible after several years of continuous stay in Hungary, having had no criminal record, receiving a stable income, acquiring basic knowledge of the language and laws. A marriage to a national or parenting one may decrease the expectation period.

The second option is the repatriation program. This one concerns people whose relatives (or themselves) originate from Southern Slovakia, Transylvania, Vojvodina, or the Transcarpathian region before 1945 (with some exceptions) – the ethnic Hungarians who were born or lived in territories that were separated from Hungary as a result of wars.

The Hungarian permanent residence by investment program is currently suspended.

Of course, if you are a spouse of a Hungarian citizen (married at least ten years, or five – in case of common children) and speak the language, then you are entitled to submit an application.

There are not so many ways to become a Hungarian citizen, and due to some frequent changes of borders throughout Europe during the 20th century, the task of proving your family connection and eligibility may get a bit confusing. That is why we are here to assist in checking your background, finding the archive records, completing your case file, and submitting your application.

Having obtained the citizenship of this well-developed prosperous country, you can make the most of the opportunity to live finer:

  • Get a high-quality education for you and your children;
  • Work throughout the EU with no restrictions;
  • Live and travel freely to a lot of places (including other continents);
  • Open or expand your own business;
  • Ensure social protection and reliable medical security for you and your family.

The Hungarian is considered to be one of the ten most difficult languages to study, but there’s no such thing as impossible, and so is true for our team of specialists too. Professionalism, creativity and patience is on our side, you just have to concentrate on the result, and we will methodically achieve it.

German Citizenship

Germany is one of the most developed countries in the world, a leader in climate and energy policies, a protector of the environment, and a land of writers and readers, musicians, and philosophers.

Germany claims the copyright to many significant inventions not in the least due to its people’s famous thoroughness, high levels of intelligence, and hard work. Its economy creates a great opportunity for a high quality of life and human development in general.

No wonder the number of people wishing to be a part of a progressive society.

Therefore, we’d better check your Eligibility.

There are several possible ways to become a German citizen:

By naturalization

The requirements are the following: eight years of permanent residence in Germany, current employment, sufficient means to earn your (and your family’s) living, no illegal activities and prior convictions, proficiency in German language

The benefit of timely legal advice in order to avoid any problems is that we can guide you, based on our experience, and ensure that your application follows the exact demands of the authorities.

By marriage

The “other half” must have been married to a German citizen for 3 years, and at least 2 of them to have been spent together in Germany, so as to be eligible to submit the paperwork.

By birth

Attained by infant at birth if at least one parent is German. Children born in Germany to foreign citizens can acquire German citizenship if they meet certain requirements.

By adoption

If a German man/woman adopts a minor who does not have German citizenship the child becomes a national (in cases when the process was fulfilled outside the country, there are some additional requirements).

By other reasons

Citizenship can be obtained (or regained) by later immigrants – ethnic Germans from the territory of the former USSR, other former German citizens living abroad, including expatriated victims of Nazi persecution and their descendants. Foreigners living abroad can also acquire German citizenship under certain conditions.

What benefits would I get?

Although higher education is totally free in Germany since not so long ago, there are many other benefits of obtaining that country’s citizenship to consider: to live, work, open business and travel across Europe (need no visa to over 180 other countries as well), to have an interesting and well-paid job, high-level medical security and retirement prospects in one of the safest and stable countries of EU, which one should also plan for.

The desire for orderliness is what we share with Germans.

A thorough consultation on your requirements, accurate paperwork, punctuality concerning details and flawless time-management of deadlines – that is what engineers the precise result of our work to your contentment.

France Citizenship

When you dream big – consider France!

The largest country in EU, the most popular tourist destination in the world, the land of writers and thinkers, the language of aristocrats and royalty, French famous “liberty, equality, fraternity and love”, not to mention great food and winery, attract people all over the globe to make the fabled Paris their permanent home.

And several ways there are to do so:

  • Firstly, you may get citizenship by the right of the soil, i.e. by being born on French territory (and in some cases, the rules apply to foster and adopted children)
  • Secondly, there’s a ‘demande attribution – so-called citizenship by origin – if one of your parents is (or was) a French citizen. The child’s place of birth does not matter in this case, just blood relation.
  • The third way is through marriage: the spouse of a French citizen can apply for citizenship after their living together for 4 years (and being still married at the time of application), providing he or she has a good command of the French language.
  • And, finally, one can become a naturalized French citizen. Naturalization is a unique process that, slowly but steadily, helps a foreigner to turn into a national: one must have been living in France for several previous years, have a profound knowledge of the language, local ways and traditions, obligations, rights and laws. A steady job, attending a higher education course, being a volunteer of the armed forces or having otherwise exceptionally contributed nationwide may speed the process up considerably.

If you become a French citizen, you are entitled to live, work, study in France, or any other member states of the European Union, secure your children’s future, nationality and education. In addition to that, you will have visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to more than 180 countries and territories, ranking the French passport 6th in the world in terms of travel freedom, you can buy property and do business all over Europe, avoiding the airport queues.

But there are some things to consider: you must be able to support yourself by sufficient means, manifest good civic behavior, under no circumstances have criminal records and show your integration in the local way of life.

Besides all the above mentioned, one should not forget, that in the eyes of French Government your becoming a citizen is not just an act, but an honour – and it is entirely possible for them to refuse you even if all the conditions are met.

And we can provide both consultation on the subject of the best way for you to become French national and assistance with all the applications, requests, appeals – after all, bureaucracy is what France is also famous for.

Spain Citizenship

The second-largest country in the European Union including its islands and territories, a homeland of many world-renown artists, birthplace of science inventions, leads the way when it comes to renewable energy, The Kingdom of Spain, is a wonderful corner of Earth that has much to offer both the visitor and the resident.

Not in vain it is receiving more tourists daily than almost any other country: over 45 UNESCO World Heritage sites, sweeping beaches, spectacular mountains, colorful festivals, sand and sun – there’s never a dull moment here.

And the most common way of enjoying the life in Spain is of course to become a national by right of birth.

Nevertheless, if you weren’t lucky enough to be born at the right place, there are other procedures for foreigners to get Spanish citizenship:

  • By residency – For those foreigners who have lived in Spain for at least 5 years;
  • By marriage – This type of nationality is granted to those foreigners who have been legal residents in Spain for 1 year and who are married to a Spanish citizen.
  • By descent – By proving to have a Spanish ancestor (parent or grandparent). Your application will be based on jus sanguinis (blood right), but you can also apply for Spanish citizenship by descent if you were adopted into a Spanish family.
  • Of course, there are some general rules to follow. You must:
  • Show proper civic behavior. The authorities will follow up your criminal background and police records
  • Demonstrate sufficient economic means to sustain yourself
  • Pass two exams: the DELE A2 (a language check), and the CCSE (a cultural multiple-choice test)

And there’s an advantage right here – Spanish is the second most spoken language in the world. Besides that, having become a Spanish citizen, whether you were applying for personal or work reasons, you should be able to move freely within the territory of the EU and many other countries, get another degree, change your job, build a house, start a business legally within the EU.

If there still are questions to clarify, feel free to contact our immigration team.

We can deal with the whole application process: establish is the best way of requiring the citizenship for you to follow, collect the information you will need to get your application approved, eliminating the risk of errors, fill out forms, translate and send the paperwork to the competent authority – something that could speed up the process immensely.

You’ll just take a siesta and enjoy!

Slovenian Citizenship by descent – check your background and get the EU Slovenia passport by fast track

The undoubted benefits of living in a small but modern and picturesque country are mobility and compactness, but Slovenia also has beautiful ski-resorts, hiking and rafting destinations, provides access to lakes and the Adriatic Sea, and of course is one of the greenest countries in Europe, covered in forests.

And according to many researchers, the locals are considered very tolerant and hospitable as well.

How to become Slovenian Citizen and receive all the benefits of being a part of the EU?

The answer lies in your past.

We’ll check your ancestry records and find out if the passport could be “inherited”.

How do I get Slovenian Citizenship by descent?

One can acquire Slovenian citizenship by naturalization if one actually resides in the country for quite a while or his/her achievements are of the national interest, but there are other ways to become a resident of this wonderful place in the middle of Europe: by origin (if at least one of the parents was a citizen of the Republic of Slovenia at the time of the child’s birth) or repatriation (if one is descendant of the residents who lived or were born on the territory of the former Yugoslavia before June 25, 1991)

One can start Slovenian citizenship application process by proving one’s heritage and fulfilling eligibility criteria set by Slovenian government.

If one does not have information about his/her Slovenian ancestors, let alone personal documents, it is not an issue, we can help with the local archives, translation, and notarization.

Could that really be so easy? Actually, yes, and there’s more.

Having become a resident of the Republic of Slovenia, you are automatically a part the European Union “family” as well.

This upgrade allows you to:

  • Live, work, travel freely within the territory of the EU (including the Schengen Area), the USA and many other countries of the world;
  • Get a loan, buy real estate, have it insured, open a small business – receive substantial social benefits;
  • Have access to good quality education according to European standards;
  • Submit paperwork for family reunions in the country.
  • How can we help you along the way: by assessing the eligibility of your claim (before the submission of the paperwork) and by legal representation through all the processes until the very moment of obtaining your new EU passport?

Our years of experience and successful work may guarantee that this day is just around the corner.

Dominica Citizenship

Dominica is a former British colony.

It lies between the French islands of Guadeloupe and Marie-Galante to the north and Martinique to the south. And the famous “Pirates of the Caribbean” were partially filmed there.

Established in 1993, the Dominica Economic Citizenship Program legally offers individuals and families an irrevocable second citizenship (and passport) in less than a year.

This Caribbean island has an excellent international reputation, and compared to other citizenship programs, the financial requirements to obtain a Dominica passport by investment are the lowest – starting at only $100,000 USD.

However, it will only accept individuals of fine character and immaculate repute, applicants should have good health and must show that they do not suffer from any contagious diseases.

Benefits of the Dominica Citizenship by Investment Program

  • Visa-free or visa-on-arrival travel to more than 115 countries around the world including the EU, Switzerland, the UK, Singapore, and Hong Kong
  • Ease of obtaining a business visa to Canada or Australia.
  • Ability to include a spouse, children, siblings, parents, and grandparents, as well as to add dependents after citizenship has been granted to the main applicant
  • Citizenship by descent is available for future generations
  • Right to live, work, and study in Dominica
  • No restrictions on dual citizenship in Dominica
  • No minimum stay required
  • No tax on dividends, interest or royalties received from abroad, no taxes on income, capital gains or inheritance in the country.

Another popular reason to buy a second passport is to make international traveling on business easier and more private, without the inconvenience of waiting in limbo for a visa, and this maneuverability can really improve a person’s career and quality of life.

According to Dominican law, a citizenship by investment application cannot be submitted directly by the investor.

Thus, the first step towards procuring a Commonwealth of Dominica passport is to contact an Authorized Agent of the Caribbean economic citizenship program.

The entire citizenship by investment procedure can be completed without actual visiting the country, though it is highly recommended – Dominica is one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean.

Its volcanic landscapes, sulfur springs and black-sand beaches, dolphins and whales living so close to the shore, a vast variety of rivers, spectacular traditional festivals, rituals, and dances, native handmade crafts will leave no one indifferent.

St.Lucia Citizenship

The place attracts many tourists, and there are quite a few people wishing to get a permanent residency.

  • Real estate – If you choose to invest in a government-approved real estate development that is for a minimum of $300,000, plus fees.

The purchased building must be held in one’s possession for at least five years, after which it may be sold.

  • A government bond – Which was launched in 2020 due to Covid-19 situation, offering to one single applicant the possibility to deposit a minimum of $250,000, or $300,000 for a family investment.

The bond has a minimum holding period of five years, after which the capital can be returned to the investor at 0% interest. Note, that it is a special offer, limited in time and it runs out by the end of 2021.

Dependent minors, parents, siblings can be included in a family application as well.

However, the entrant must observe certain general rules: to be of age (over 18), hold no criminal record (a background check is being made), and pose no threat to anyone’s health. The paperwork for the St Lucia Citizenship Investment program takes up to 4 months to be processed from the application date.

Successful candidates will be granted a St Lucia passport.

And once you’ve gained the citizenship of this Island, you could:

  • Have visa-free entrance to more than 157 countries worldwide (including the EU Schengen zone, UK, Hong Kong, and Singapore)

Citizenship by descent
